All Sales Are Final

LEMO TV is a digital service. Once your credentials (Server URL, Username, Password) have been delivered, your subscription is considered activated and consumed. For this reason, all sales are final after credential delivery.

⚠️ No refund once credentials have been sent — regardless of plan duration.

This is why we offer a free trial before any purchase.

Accepted Exceptions

We may issue a full or partial refund at our sole discretion in these specific cases:

  • Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same period
  • Non-delivery — credentials never sent after confirmed payment and 2+ hours have passed with no agent response
  • Billing error — you were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error
  • Extended outage — service completely unavailable for 48+ consecutive hours due to our infrastructure, confirmed by our support team

Not Eligible

  • ❌ Change of mind after credentials are delivered
  • ❌ Device incompatibility — the free trial exists for this purpose
  • ❌ Internet/ISP issues on the subscriber's side
  • ❌ Isolated or occasional buffering
  • ❌ Partial use of a subscription period
  • ❌ Account terminated for Terms of Service violations

How to Request

If your situation qualifies, contact us within 7 days of your payment date:

  2. Include your payment confirmation number, date and description of the issue
  3. Our billing team reviews within 48 business hours
  4. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Chargebacks
