LEMO TV does not host, store, archive, cache, upload, broadcast or transmit any multimedia content — including live video, movies, television programmes, sports broadcasts, series or any other third-party material.

All streams accessible through the service are delivered in real time by independent third-party operators over the public internet. LEMO TV acts solely as a technical access layer between the user and publicly reachable streams. We have no editorial control over any streamed content and no ability to pre-screen or monitor it.

LEMO TV does not select, curate or guarantee the availability of any specific channel or content. Channel availability depends entirely on the upstream providers. LEMO TV makes no warranties regarding the legality of any particular stream in any particular territory — it is the subscriber's sole responsibility to verify this.

Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with all laws applicable in their country of residence or access. LEMO TV bears no responsibility for how subscribers use their credentials or what content they choose to access.

LEMO TV reserves the right to permanently terminate any account associated with confirmed, repeated abuse of intellectual property rights. Termination is immediate and no refund is issued.
